Welcome to Ageless Tech Academy LLC.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AgelessTechAcademy.com and your participation in classes, programs, educational events, digital resources, and other services provided by Ageless Tech Academy LLC ("Ageless Tech Academy," "we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully.

By using our website or, where presented with an acceptance mechanism, registering for or purchasing a service and agreeing to these Terms, you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the applicable service.

1. About Ageless Tech Academy

Ageless Tech Academy LLC is a California limited liability company that provides technology education for adults.

Our services may include:

• live online classes and courses;
• free educational classes and events;
• paid educational programs;
• Zoom-based instruction;
• classes or events that may be recorded;
• classes or events that may also be livestreamed through YouTube or another platform;
• in-person classes, lectures, workshops, and educational programs provided to organizations by arrangement;
• educational videos, guides, worksheets, presentations, recordings, and other resources; and
• other technology-education services that we may offer from time to time.

Topics may include smartphones, iPhone, iPad, Android devices, computers, artificial intelligence, online safety, scams, digital communication, cloud services, storage, apps, settings, and other technology-related subjects.

Ageless Tech Academy is an education provider, not a device-repair service, financial institution, healthcare provider, law firm, cybersecurity firm, or emergency support service.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended primarily for adults.

Unless a particular program expressly states otherwise, you must be at least 18 years old to independently register for or purchase our services.

Organizations arranging programs for participants are responsible for communicating any applicable participation requirements to Ageless Tech Academy before the program.

3. Free Classes and Registrations

Ageless Tech Academy may offer free classes, lectures, demonstrations, webinars, or other educational events.

Registering for a free event does not guarantee that:

• a particular event will occur;
• a particular date or time will remain unchanged;
• a particular topic will be covered;
• a particular instructor will be available;
• space will remain available; or
• the event will continue to be offered in the future.

We may reasonably change, reschedule, postpone, or cancel a free event.

If we change or cancel an event for which you registered, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants using the contact information provided.

Registration is personal to the registrant unless we expressly permit otherwise.

4. Paid Classes, Courses, and Programs

From time to time, Ageless Tech Academy may offer paid classes, courses, programs, memberships, or other services.

The specific offer presented before purchase may contain additional terms, including:

• price;
• number of sessions;
• class schedule;
• program duration;
• recordings or replay availability;
• support provided;
• cancellation terms;
• refund terms;
• access period; and
• other program-specific conditions.

Those specific written offer terms form part of your agreement with Ageless Tech Academy.

If a specific written program term directly conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific program term will control with respect to that program.

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amount clearly disclosed at checkout.

Payments may be processed by a third-party provider such as Stripe. Ageless Tech Academy does not intentionally collect or store complete payment-card numbers on its own systems.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms may vary depending on the class, course, program, membership, organizational engagement, or service purchased.

The refund and cancellation terms disclosed to you at or before purchase will apply to that purchase.

Before completing a paid enrollment, you should review the applicable:

• price;
• cancellation policy;
• refund policy; and
• any applicable program-specific terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable offer, no refund is guaranteed merely because a participant changes their mind, misses a session, experiences a scheduling conflict, or does not use all available program materials.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Cancellation by Ageless Tech Academy

If Ageless Tech Academy permanently cancels a paid class or service and does not provide the purchased service or an agreed reasonable substitute, we will provide an appropriate refund, credit, rescheduling option, or other remedy consistent with the applicable offer and law.

Temporary schedule changes, instructor substitutions, or reasonable rescheduling do not necessarily constitute cancellation of an entire program.

6. Automatic Renewals and Memberships

Ageless Tech Academy may offer memberships, subscriptions, or other automatically renewing services in the future.

If you purchase an automatically renewing service, the automatic-renewal terms will be presented separately and clearly before you purchase.

Where applicable, those disclosures will include information such as:

• the recurring price;
• billing frequency;
• length of any renewal period;
• how and when charges occur;
• how to cancel; and
• any trial or introductory pricing terms.

We will obtain any affirmative consent required by applicable law before activating automatic billing.

If you enroll in an automatically renewing service online, we will provide an online method of cancellation as required by applicable law.

Any required renewal reminders, price-change notices, acknowledgments, or other notices will be provided as required by applicable law.

7. Online Classes and Zoom

Online classes may be provided using Zoom or another videoconferencing platform.

To participate, you are responsible for having:

• a compatible device;
• a reasonably reliable internet connection;
• any software or application required to join;
• a functioning email address capable of receiving class information; and
• any other basic technology reasonably necessary for participation.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide clear joining information.

However, we do not control your internet provider, device, operating system, Zoom, YouTube, Google, or other third-party technology.

We are not responsible for interruptions, incompatibility, outages, or technical problems caused by systems outside our reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, we may attempt to assist students with basic joining instructions, but we cannot guarantee successful access on every device or network.

8. Recorded Online Classes

Some Ageless Tech Academy classes may be recorded.

A recording may be used for purposes including:

• providing eligible participants with a class replay;
• allowing enrolled students to review course material;
• maintaining educational course materials;
• providing educational content; or
• another purpose disclosed in connection with the applicable class.

We do not rely solely on these general Terms as blanket consent to record every class.

When a particular class will be recorded, we will provide additional notice before or at the beginning of the recorded session and obtain consent where required by applicable law.

Depending on the class format and your participation, a recording could include your:

• display name;
• voice;
• video image;
• chat message;
• question;
• reaction; or
• other participation.

If a particular recorded class allows participants to avoid appearing or speaking in the recording by keeping a camera or microphone disabled, we may provide instructions explaining how to do so.

Where identifiable participation itself may be recorded and consent is required, you may be required to provide the applicable consent in order to participate in the recorded portion of the session.

9. YouTube Live and Other Livestreams

Some Ageless Tech Academy online classes may also be livestreamed simultaneously through YouTube or another streaming platform.

When this will occur, we will provide additional notice to participants before or at the beginning of the livestream.

Depending on the event, the livestream may be:

• public;
• unlisted;
• restricted to a particular audience; or
• otherwise made available according to the applicable event format.

If your identifiable image, voice, display name, question, message, or other participation may appear in a livestream, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent where required by law.

If a session is publicly livestreamed, information appearing in the public broadcast may potentially be viewed, recorded, shared, indexed, or otherwise accessed by people outside Ageless Tech Academy.

Participation in YouTube or other third-party platforms may also be subject to those platforms' own terms and privacy policies.

Promotional Use Is Separate

Your participation in a class, recording, or livestream does not by itself grant Ageless Tech Academy unrestricted permission to use your identifiable name, image, voice, or testimonial as a commercial endorsement.

Where we intentionally wish to feature an identifiable participant in advertising, promotional material, or a testimonial, we will seek appropriate permission.

10. In-Person Classes and Organizational Programs

Ageless Tech Academy may provide in-person classes, lectures, workshops, or other educational programs at the request of organizations.

Organizations may include:

• senior centers;
• residential communities;
• independent or assisted living communities;
• libraries;
• community centers;
• nonprofits;
• faith-based organizations;
• clubs;
• associations;
• companies; and
• other organizations.

Submitting an organizational inquiry does not create a confirmed booking or contract.

An organizational engagement becomes confirmed only when Ageless Tech Academy and the organization agree to the applicable arrangements, which may include written confirmation, a proposal, service agreement, invoice, payment, or other agreed documentation.

Ageless Tech Academy may accept or decline an organizational request based on factors including:

• availability;
• location;
• schedule;
• requested topic;
• class size;
• program format;
• travel requirements; and
• other practical considerations.

Organization Responsibilities

The hosting organization may be responsible, as agreed, for matters such as:

• providing an appropriate teaching space;
• providing agreed audiovisual equipment;
• providing internet access where required;
• communicating logistical information to participants;
• facilitating reasonable access to the venue; and
• meeting other host responsibilities described in the applicable agreement.

Ageless Tech Academy and the organization should communicate in advance regarding any known accessibility or logistical needs relevant to the program.

Where Ageless Tech Academy enters into a separate written agreement with an organization, that agreement will control over these general Terms to the extent of any direct conflict.

11. Photography and Recording at In-Person Programs

Attendance at an in-person Ageless Tech Academy class does not automatically constitute unrestricted permission for us to photograph, record, or publicly livestream identifiable participants.

If Ageless Tech Academy plans to photograph, audio record, video record, or livestream an in-person program in a way that may identify participants, we will provide notice and obtain consent where required by applicable law.

A hosting organization may separately conduct its own photography, security recording, or media activities. Independent activities conducted solely by the host organization are subject to that organization's policies and are not controlled by Ageless Tech Academy.

12. Participant Conduct

Ageless Tech Academy is committed to maintaining a respectful and productive learning environment.

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, abuse, or intentionally embarrass another participant, instructor, or staff member;
• intentionally disrupt a class or event;
• impersonate another person;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to another person's device, account, or information;
• use our services for unlawful activity;
• transmit malicious software or harmful code;
• interfere with the operation of our website or services; or
• engage in conduct that reasonably threatens the safety, privacy, or ability of others to participate.

We may warn, mute, restrict, remove, suspend, or deny access to a participant whose conduct materially disrupts a class, threatens another person, violates these Terms, or creates a reasonable safety or security concern.

Where a paid participant is removed for serious misconduct or an intentional violation of these Terms, a refund may be denied to the extent permitted by law and consistent with the applicable program terms.

13. Your Devices, Accounts, Passwords, and Personal Information

Ageless Tech Academy teaches people how to understand and use technology.

We strongly recommend that you do not provide instructors, other participants, or class chats with sensitive credentials or information, including:

• passwords;
• one-time authentication codes;
• complete payment-card numbers;
• bank-login credentials;
• Social Security numbers;
• government identification numbers; or
• other highly sensitive personal information.

You remain responsible for control of your accounts, passwords, personal information, and devices.

Where an instructor demonstrates a setting or feature on your personal device with your permission, you remain responsible for deciding whether to make or retain changes to your device or account.

You should maintain appropriate backups of important information before making significant device, account, storage, or software changes.

14. Educational Purpose and No Professional Advice

Ageless Tech Academy provides educational information, not individualized professional advice.

Even where a class discusses topics such as:

• scams;
• cybersecurity;
• artificial intelligence;
• digital banking;
• online payments;
• telehealth;
• privacy;
• identity protection; or
• other sensitive technology topics,

the information is provided for general educational purposes.

Ageless Tech Academy is not acting as your:

• attorney;
• financial adviser;
• investment adviser;
• accountant;
• bank;
• healthcare provider;
• insurance professional; or
• cybersecurity incident-response provider.

You should obtain appropriate professional assistance when your situation requires individualized legal, financial, medical, tax, security, or other professional advice.

Educational scam-prevention instruction cannot guarantee that a person will recognize or avoid every scam.

15. Technology Changes and Educational Accuracy

Technology changes frequently.

Operating systems, devices, applications, websites, artificial-intelligence services, security features, menus, pricing, policies, and interfaces may change at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate educational information at the time it is taught or published, but we cannot guarantee that:

• every instruction will remain current indefinitely;
• every feature will exist on every device;
• every student's screen will look identical;
• every third-party service will behave as demonstrated; or
• a particular method will produce the same result on every device.

Differences may result from factors such as:

• device model;
• operating-system version;
• account configuration;
• country or region;
• application version;
• internet connection;
• accessibility settings; and
• third-party changes outside our control.

16. No Guaranteed Results

Learning outcomes vary between individuals.

We do not guarantee that participation in a class or program will result in:

• mastery of a particular technology;
• a particular level of confidence;
• prevention of all scams or security incidents;
• uninterrupted device operation;
• recovery of lost data;
• improvement of device performance; or
• any specific personal, professional, or financial result.

Our commitment is to provide the educational service described in the applicable offering, not to guarantee a particular individual outcome.

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Ageless Tech Academy owns or licenses the intellectual property used in its website, classes, and original educational materials.

This may include:

• the Ageless Tech Academy name and branding;
• website content;
• written materials;
• original guides;
• slides;
• class curricula;
• graphics;
• worksheets;
• videos;
• recordings;
• presentations; and
• other original educational content.

Your enrollment or participation does not transfer ownership of this intellectual property to you.

Where we provide course materials or recordings to you, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use those materials for your own personal educational use unless we expressly state otherwise.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• reproduce substantial portions of our proprietary materials;
• sell or commercially exploit our materials;
• distribute paid or restricted materials to people who were not authorized to receive them;
• republish our course recordings;
• create or sell derivative educational products substantially based on our proprietary materials; or
• use our trademarks or branding in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or authorization that does not exist.

Nothing in these Terms prevents uses permitted by applicable copyright law.

18. Participant Recording of Classes

Except where Ageless Tech Academy expressly permits otherwise, participants may not independently audio-record, video-record, screen-record, rebroadcast, or redistribute a private or restricted live class.

This restriction protects:

• Ageless Tech Academy's educational materials;
• the privacy of other participants; and
• the integrity of the learning environment.

If Ageless Tech Academy itself intentionally makes a recording publicly available, you may access or share the official public version subject to the applicable platform and copyright rules.

19. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Our services may use or link to third-party platforms such as:

• Zoom;
• YouTube;
• Google;
• Stripe;
• email providers;
• social-media platforms; and
• other technology providers.

We do not control these third parties.

Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider's:

• terms of service;
• privacy policy;
• technical requirements;
• account rules; and
• service availability.

We are not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, security incidents, policies, or other actions of a third-party service outside our reasonable control.

Links to third-party websites or services do not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

20. Email Communications

When you register for a class, submit an inquiry, purchase a program, or otherwise request a service, we may send communications reasonably related to that interaction.

These may include:

• registration confirmations;
• Zoom or livestream information;
• reminders;
• schedule changes;
• materials;
• purchase information; and
• service-related follow-ups.

We may also send educational or promotional email communications where permitted by law.

Marketing emails will provide an unsubscribe method.

Unsubscribing from marketing messages does not necessarily prevent service-related or transactional communications necessary to provide something you requested.

21. SMS Communications

Providing a telephone number alone does not constitute consent to receive promotional text messages.

If Ageless Tech Academy offers SMS communications, any consent required for promotional SMS will be obtained separately where applicable.

If you opt in to text messages:

• message frequency may vary;
• message and data rates may apply; and
• you may opt out using the method stated in the message, such as replying STOP where supported.

SMS practices are also described in our Privacy Policy.

22. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful personal or legitimate organizational purposes.

You may not:

• attempt unauthorized access to the website or systems;
• deliberately interfere with website operation;
• introduce malware or harmful code;
• scrape or extract website content in violation of applicable law or these Terms;
• falsely represent affiliation with Ageless Tech Academy;
• use the website to violate another person's rights; or
• use our intellectual property in an unauthorized commercial manner.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, our users, or our rights.

23. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms where applicable.

The Privacy Policy should be reviewed together with these Terms.

Additional recording, livestream, SMS, or other consent notices may be provided separately when appropriate.

24. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR WEBSITE, FREE CONTENT, EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT WE EXPRESSLY AGREE OTHERWISE IN WRITING.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE WEBSITE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE OR ERROR-FREE;
• THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGY WILL ALWAYS FUNCTION;
• EVERY EDUCATIONAL METHOD WILL WORK ON EVERY DEVICE;
• ALL INFORMATION WILL REMAIN CURRENT INDEFINITELY; OR
• OUR SERVICES WILL PREVENT EVERY ERROR, SCAM, SECURITY INCIDENT, DEVICE FAILURE, OR DATA LOSS.

Nothing in this section excludes any warranty or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

25. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AGELESS TECH ACADEMY LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, INSTRUCTORS, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS, OR SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR PAID SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO AGELESS TECH ACADEMY FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive a non-waivable right or remedy provided by applicable consumer-protection law.

26. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

Ageless Tech Academy will not be responsible for a delay, interruption, rescheduling, or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These may include:

• widespread internet or platform outages;
• power failures;
• natural disasters;
• severe weather;
• governmental actions;
• emergencies;
• illness;
• transportation disruptions;
• venue closures; or
• failures of third-party technology providers.

When such an event materially affects a paid service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate rescheduling, substitute delivery method, credit, refund, or other solution consistent with the applicable circumstances and law.

27. Suspension or Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access to a website feature, class, program, recording, community, or educational resource where reasonably necessary because of:

• violation of these Terms;
• fraud or attempted fraud;
• unauthorized redistribution of restricted materials;
• abusive or dangerous conduct;
• nonpayment;
• security concerns; or
• unlawful activity.

Where legally required, any effect on prepaid services will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant program terms.

28. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent another law provides you with a non-waivable right that applies regardless of this provision.

Subject to any applicable non-waivable consumer rights, disputes relating to these Terms or Ageless Tech Academy's services that are properly brought in court will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts serving Los Angeles County, California.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from using a small-claims court where the claim qualifies.

29. No Waiver of Legal Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to:

• waive rights that cannot legally be waived;
• limit remedies that applicable law does not permit us to limit;
• exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded; or
• override mandatory consumer-protection law.

If a provision conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, that requirement will control to the extent of the conflict.

30. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted or severed as appropriate.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

31. No Waiver

If Ageless Tech Academy does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive the right to enforce it later.

32. Entire Agreement and Specific Agreements

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable written program terms, checkout terms, proposal, invoice, organizational agreement, or other agreement expressly incorporated into a transaction, constitute the applicable agreement between you and Ageless Tech Academy regarding the relevant service.

For organizational engagements, a separately executed service agreement, proposal, or written booking agreement will control over these general Terms if the documents directly conflict.

33. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our website, services, programs, technology, or legal obligations change.

When we update them, we will change the Last Updated date at the top of this page.

Changes generally apply prospectively.

For an existing paid service, subscription, or other ongoing contractual relationship, material changes will be handled according to the applicable agreement and law.

Your continued use of the public website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the Terms applicable to that continued website use to the extent permitted by law.

Where separate affirmative agreement to revised terms is legally required, we will request it.
