Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: September 9, 2026
Last Updated: September 9, 2026
Ageless Tech Academy LLC ("Ageless Tech Academy," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing a website and educational experience that is accessible to as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities and adults who may benefit from clear, readable, and easy-to-use digital experiences.
Accessibility is especially important to our mission because Ageless Tech Academy provides technology education designed to help adults use modern technology with greater confidence and independence.
Our Accessibility Goal
We are working to design, develop, and maintain AgelessTechAcademy.com in alignment with generally recognized accessibility practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, where reasonably applicable.
WCAG is developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and provides guidance for making websites and digital content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
Our reference to WCAG 2.2 Level AA describes our accessibility goal and development standard. It should not be interpreted as a representation that every page or feature has been independently certified as fully conforming with every WCAG requirement.
Accessibility Measures
As part of our ongoing accessibility efforts, we aim to provide features and design practices including:
- clear, readable text and typography;
- sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds;
- layouts that remain usable when text or pages are enlarged;
- keyboard-accessible navigation and interactive controls;
- visible keyboard focus indicators;
- meaningful page headings and logical content structure;
- properly labeled form fields;
- clear form instructions, error messages, and confirmation messages;
- alternative text for meaningful images where appropriate;
- descriptive links and buttons;
- large and easy-to-use interactive controls;
- responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices;
- compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies where reasonably possible;
- captions, transcripts, or other accessible alternatives for audio and video content where appropriate;
- reduced reliance on motion, animation, or time-sensitive interactions;
- support for users who prefer reduced motion; and
- avoidance of interactions that unnecessarily require precise mouse movement, dragging, or hovering.
We also aim to make our registration processes straightforward and understandable for people using screen readers, keyboards, mobile devices, magnification, and other assistive technologies.
Video, Online Classes, and Educational Content
Ageless Tech Academy may provide educational content through our website, Zoom, YouTube, recorded classes, livestreams, downloadable materials, and other digital platforms.
We aim to make educational content accessible where reasonably possible.
Depending on the format, accessibility measures may include:
- captions for recorded video;
- captions available through livestream or videoconferencing platforms;
- readable presentation materials;
- verbal explanation of important visual information;
- accessible digital documents where reasonably practical; and
- alternative formats or assistance when reasonably available.
Some accessibility features offered through third-party platforms such as Zoom, YouTube, or other services may depend on the functionality and settings provided by those platforms.
Third-Party Content and Services
Our website or educational programs may include or link to third-party services, including videoconferencing platforms, video players, payment processors, social-media platforms, or other external websites.
Although we try to select and use third-party services responsibly, Ageless Tech Academy does not control every aspect of the accessibility of independently operated third-party platforms.
If you experience an accessibility problem involving a third-party service used as part of an Ageless Tech Academy program, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to help identify an alternative way to access the relevant information or service where appropriate.
In-Person Programs
Ageless Tech Academy also provides in-person classes, lectures, workshops, and educational programs for organizations by arrangement.
If you require a reasonable accessibility accommodation in connection with an Ageless Tech Academy program, please contact us or the organization hosting the program as early as reasonably possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to work with participants and host organizations to address accessibility needs related to our services.
The accessibility of a physical venue controlled by a third-party hosting organization may be the responsibility of that organization.
Ongoing Accessibility
Accessibility is an ongoing process.
Technology, accessibility standards, third-party services, and our website may change over time. We therefore expect to continue reviewing and improving the accessibility of our website and educational services.
We may use a combination of:
- accessibility-conscious design and development;
- automated accessibility testing;
- manual review;
- keyboard testing;
- responsive-device testing; and
- feedback from website visitors and students.
Automated tools alone cannot identify every accessibility issue, so we consider accessibility an ongoing design, development, and review responsibility.
Accessibility Assistance and Feedback
If you have difficulty accessing any part of our website, registration process, educational materials, or services, please contact us.
It is helpful, but not required, if you tell us:
- the page or content you were trying to access;
- what difficulty you experienced;
- the device or browser you were using, if known; and
- the format or assistance that would be useful to you.
We will make reasonable efforts to understand the issue, correct accessibility barriers within our control, and provide the information or service through an alternative accessible method when reasonably possible.
